I purchased this lavender matcha with the “delicate” level of lavender flavor…and I must say I am impressed! I love lavender in my tea/beverages, but it needs to be a good balance and not too over-powering. This amount of lavender was perfect! You can definitely notice the shuttle notes of lavender, but also enjoy the richness of the green tea in this matcha. It’s soft, floral and refreshing. It is a wonderful pick me up in the morning! I personally like to blend vanilla with lavender, so I love to pair it with a vanilla base tea or a little vanilla creamer when I have a sweet-tooth. I would definitely recommend this matcha!
