35 Tasting Notes
The only previous experience I have with Peach “Tea” was a blossoming flower tea and didn’t really suit my taste. However, this white tea with peach is very subtle and is much more to my liking. The peach flavor does not overwhelm the tea and is definitely on my “recommend” list. BTW, it went well with cookie this afternoon.
Preparation
Although this is a fine, bold black tea, I find it to be a bit much for my tastes. I haven’t compared it to others in the same class and might find them overwhelming, as well. As a fan of more of the lighter, less intense teas, I recommend it for those who like the heavier flavors and not so much for others.
It is a beautiful day to sit on the back porch, listen to a book and enjoy the sun. So I decided I needed some iced tea. In particular, a pitcher of Moorish Mint. Great idea. As for most iced teas, I doubled the tea. No sugar, though. It’s right enough as is.
Preparation
Is this dessert or tea? Either way is fine with me. I would be afraid to add sugar because this is plenty sweet without. I used to make sweet iced-T with a stick or two of cinnamon, but this is much better hot. Maybe I’ll try it iced on a hot afternoon.
Preparation
Since I happened on this sample and don’t generally favor flavored teas, I wasn’t expecting much out of this Rooibos that instead turned out to be quite nice. I’m thinking the strawberry flavor would go well with bananas, cream & ice in a smoothy, sort of.
