Extremely strong and at high risk of oversteeping. If you brew it perfectly it offers bright green notes you might not expect from gunpowder. Makes a great Moroccan Mint but still very enjoyable on its own.

Steepster doesn’t take decimals. I use 1.5 tsp per 16 oz

Preparation
175 °F / 79 °C 2 min, 0 sec 1 tsp 16 OZ / 473 ML

Strong smoky taste. It’s not great on its own but it is a wonderful base for Moroccan Mint. Try it with 2 mint leaves per teaspoon.

Good flavor but very weak. The first steep will make you wish you could better taste the mineral notes. The second steep is not worth drinking.

It tastes like blueberries. It has the same sour taste as most Celestial Seasonings fruit flavors. It’s not bad but the flavor becomes acidic and quickly drifts into tart even without oversteeping.

drank Constant Comment by Bigelow

It’s strongly flavored but extremely drinkable and never overpowering. If you add a hint of sugar a rich cinnamon flavor comes through. A great mug to warm you up.

Flavors: Cinnamon, Orange Zest

drank Chocolatey Chai by Chai Me
13 tasting notes

This is excellent cold brewed in milk. It’s very well balanced with no overpowering spices and a rich black tea.

1T Chai, 1T sugar. 1C milk (I use soy). Mix in a container and leave in the fridge for 8 hours and you’ll have a wonderful drink. You can even get a second steep by adding more milk to the strained chai.

Flavors: Chocolate, Clove
