Bought this at my local Asian supermarket. This is not a tea to brake out for company but I enjoy it almost daily. I brew 2tsp at 212f for 4 min to get a strong green taste with little astrengancy. The jasmine aroma and taste really comes out at a lower temperature, alongside a light, aromatic, grassy green taste. This is not a kosher certified tea, but I am unable to edit my mistake.

Flavors: Floral, Grass, Jasmine

I picked this up at a local herb shop. First brewed it at 212f and got a bit of an unplesant tin taste. I lowered the temp to 190f and steeped for 4 minutes. The resulting soup was wonderfully nutty with notes of peach. I look forwared to disecting these flavors in my gaiwan.

This cheap oolong is one of my favorite daily teas. I steep 2 tsp at 212f for 4 minutes for a strong, nutty arid earth taste. Gongfu style, this tea had me stumped for a.long time. I experimented with different quantities and water temperatures, but always came out with bitter tea. The only pleasent way I have found to brew it is with 3tsp tea in my 60ml gaiwan at 160f, increasing temps at later infusions.

Flavors: Autumn Leaf Pile, Floral, Nutty
