I love cilantro. It is one of my favorite garnishes, and I love to cook with it. So, this tea intrigued me when I first saw it. I knew I had to try it. And, I love it, just as I expected to.
I used a larger than normal amount and steeped for only 30 seconds for this tasting, but it’s a very flexible tea that is really good steeped many different ways. This tea doesn’t easily become bitter.
For me the flavor is mostly cilantro with a hint of cream and a delicious white tea base. The pineapple comes through as a generic tropical fruit note in the background. And, I love it.
