Love the historical building this little shop is located within (it used to be a Blacksmith shop till the 1960s). This is a hidden gem in Bowmanville for sure. Very diverse selection of teas. Their focus is on health and wellness, they also have Whole Body Vibration Machines (which you can see on youtube), a Protein weight management program and an in-house Tea Sommelier. They have had a diverse mix of events (my favorite was the Prohibition, which was tea-infused liquor). They are going to have more events this year, so stay tuned to their website.

Tao Tea Leaf has been my home since find them online in 2009. Before then I had only tried Japanese tea. Tea Sommelier, Tao Wu, brought me through the world of Chinese Tea.
I shop here for all my Chinese teas because of the great service and attend all the events I can. Great gem in Toronto.
