A really delicious dessert tie! Probably my favourite rooibus with a really smooth sweetness and that lovely woody rooibus flavour. I personally like this tea quite strong, and sometimes I just leave the teabag in haha.

Same! I usually just leave the teabag in and keep adding hot water as I run out.

I really love this tea, whether on its own or as a tea latté it’s so flavourful! It has a very prominent cinnamon spice taste, backed by the creamy subtly of coconut. As a tea latté the creamm taste is definitely a lot more defined, which is also super good! A very nice exotic fruit flavour that is very refreshing. :)

A really complex tea that really speaks to its name. It has lots of really good smoky and bold flavour, with a bit of a campfire sort of smell and taste. It can get quite strong, so I don’t use very much at a time. it’s got a vague roasted nutty undertone, which was really interesting. Not a very accessible tea, unless you like really smokey teas

I love Murchie’s and Smoky teas – looks like I’ll have to try this one! Thanks for the review info.

I think this tea is super interesting not only in taste but also in ingredients! The company states that it contains the authentic ingredients used to make rootbeer (without all the sugar of course), which is super cool! If you’re expecting it to taste like a bottle of rootbeer, you are mistaken, but it still has some really lovely herbal flavours and that subtle rooty taste! Very good!

This is a pretty good oolong tea! It’s got a nice, subtle apricot flavour, although it could do without the additional artificial flavourings. I only steep it for a very short time because it can acquire a very astringent taste pretty quickly. I can only get about 2 good steeps out of it, but it’s not bad. definitely good if you love fruity oolongs.

Not a bad tea, though on it’s own I find it a little plain. I enjoy it very much in a tea-latte style with steamed milk, and a bit of vanilla and chocolate syrup; makes it taste like a red velvet cupcake! :) overall quite tasty

Quite a good tea, though I find it gets a little too strong for me quite quickly. I don’t much enjoy it hot but it makes a great iced tea with a little bit of sugar; it’s a lot less sour and it really brings out the spiced undertones. :)

This is is quite simple but very nice for a bit of spice without too much intensity. I quite like adding it to other teas to add some spice but it’s also quite good on it’s own.

Flavors: Cinnamon, Sweet

This tea is so good! It’s got a lovely level of sweetness without adding any additional sweetener and the smell is incredible! It can be hard t steep it just right but it’s very tasty! Super floral and it hardly seems like a black tea at all!

Bio

I’m currently a university student in English (where it’s apparently increasingly difficult to find a profession these days, but I will think about that as it becomes relevant), and aspiring novelist! I’ve been writing for about 6 years, in a variety of genres (fantasy, sci-fi, suspense, crime drama, and a variety of short-stories). My “baby” at the moment though is a high-fantasy tale, heavily inspired by Skyrim and Tolkien. I am also an artist and aspire to write a graphic novel one day; however, I seem far too unfocused and erratic to sit down long enough to do any of that. My preferred tea types are Oolong, matcha, black, white, mint herbals and sweet herbal tisanes/blends. I particularly like very floral and fresh tasting teas, but I’ll try anything at least once! I am interested in doing Tea Reviews, samples and exchanges! So message me! :)

FAVOURITE FLAVOURS: Mint, floral, anise, clove, spice, syrupy, desserty, smokey, anstringent, lavender, Rum/alcohol, cardamom, lychee, creamy, malt, hay, rice/grain, toasty, cocoa/chocolate, earthy

LEAST FAVOURITE FLAVOURS: Bitter, overly citrus (I don’t mind mild citrus taste), grapefruit, tangy, acidic.
