4 Tasting Notes

Very nutty, it doesn’t tase a thing like baklava but it is quite pleasant nonetheless. I’d say it has more of an archetypal “christmas” flavour than anything. I really enjoy this tea however, especially on a cold morning when reading. Best served hot.

I will however say, that you do not get your moneys worth compared to other teas by DAVIDStea. I was a bit disgruntled when I opened the jar to find a bag of dried fruit and nuts, with very little tea.

This tea is awful, the flavours are an offensive type of sour and the acid content is through the roof. It does not provide any counterbalance to the taste of cheap sour cherries

Excellent as a breakfast / dessert tea or an alternative to coffee due to the dark flavours and high caffeine levels. The flavour is pleasant and the smell is to die for. Most notes are blatantly artificial tasting, this may be unappealing to some people.

I thoroughly enjoy this tea.
