This just got brewed in one large pot western style. When I buy loose ripe, unless it is something exceptional, it is to brew western style. This one is good for the price involved. I only paid $7.91 for 250g. Still it is an acceptable tea taste wise. It would probably be better gongfu style but I am in a bit of a hurry this morning. I may brew it again and put it in a thermos to take with me today.

I brewed this one time in a 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 3 tsp leaf and boiling water.

Flavors: Sweet

Boiling 0 min, 30 sec 3 tsp 16 OZ / 473 ML

I am Allan. I live and work in Long Island, New York. I have been amassing a tea collection for nearly two years and have spent way too much money. I now try to buy mostly Puerh as I like it most and it lasts nearly forever. Black tea has a habit of going bad. If anyone is interested in tea swaps I am open to ideas and have quite a cupboard.
