I have been drinking bagged peppermint tea daily for the last couple weeks and decided to purchase some loose leaf peppermint since it has become my new go-to. I am super glad that I did!

The peppermint almost knocked me over when I opened the bag. It was so strong and so amazing! Cleared the sinuses right up! It stayed pretty strong-smelling during steeping and I was a little worried that it would taste as strong as it smelled. I think I could actually stand to use another tsp or so as the finished product wasn’t as strong as I would have liked.

It is delicious though! I love drinking it after a big meal or before bed. It is very minty and refreshing. It also helps settle and sooth my stomach if I’m feeling a bit bloated or bubbly. ;)

Would recommend and will continue drinking until I’ve made myself sick of it! (I also bought a small sample of the Vanilla Rooibos to mix and will be trying that next!)

I have had this 1oz sample sitting around forever and ever, but was too hesitant to try it. I’m not a big cinnamon fan, but I am pleasantly surprised. Not sure I would buy again, but I will be finishing the sample at least!

I bought a cup of this at Teavana, iced, and it was delicious. I couldn’t imagine it hot, but I am going to be buying some to make more iced tea at home.

I’ve noticed that whenever I make iced tea, I use 4-5 tbs instead of the recommended and it makes the flavor more bold. I had to do some googling to find out the secrets of the perfect, tasty cup you get in store and why it’s so hard to duplicate at home. The only problem is I run out of tea much faster!

I recieved 2oz of this tea for free yesterday when I took my glass tumbler back into Teavana because of the recall. They swapped my old tumbler with a 14oz stainless steel tumbler plus the tea. I assumed it would be a less popular tea since they would be willing to give it away for free with the recall so I wasn’t too excited to try it out.

Instead of making my morning coffee this morning, I made this Opus Rouge instead and I must say, I was very surprised with the overall taste! I knew I wanted to make enough to drink a cup this morning (hot) and then put the rest in a pitcher for iced tea later. It tastes great both ways in my opinion! The iced is more enjoyable with the warm weather, though.

I boiled 3 cups of water and immediately steeped around 5 tsps in my Blue Infusion Tea Pitcher for 5 mins. I poured myself a delicious hot cup of tea in my new tumbler and put the rest in the fridge to pour over ice later. So good! I will be buying more!

It tastes better than it smells. I was a little worried at first because the smell is very overpowering, in my opinion, but was pleasantly surprised by the taste.

Love this tea! Not only is it gorgeous in my glass tumbler, but it tastes great, too. It’s been my favorite sample at Teavana, but has always been too expensive for my budget. With the Heavenly Sale I was able to get some 75% off and I’m glad I did!

I did notice, however, that once it gets cooled down, it has a bitter taste. That may just be me though.
