Well chai does mean tea, and it does taste like cinnamon… but when I hear chai I expect something a little more spicy and flavourful. To get just a cinnamon tea is always a little disappointing.

I drink this when I’m too lazy to steep a real tea. It’s very yummy and I get mine at Costco because it’s just cheaper there. I love making my Starbucks latte at home and saving some much needed cash.

Still my favourite Vanilla matcha!! I’ll be honest though I didn’t use water this time. I just threw some powder into a cup full of milk, and frothed. Oh my goodness this is just such a nice vanilla you can toss it in anything!

I have drank this more than my steepster tea cupboard says I just haven’t logged in ages. This is a really good chocolate~y tea. I get all the infusions they promise and because it has the temperature, as well as the time recommended for each steeping on the package itself it makes my life a lot easier. I just have to convert Celsius to Fahrenheit as my kettle uses the evil imperial system.

This is a good tea. I tasted a bit of marshmallow and malt. I like Prince Pengu more though. I still have more of their teas in my cupboard that I have to try.

Made an eggnog latte with this earlier. I just can’t help myself once eggnog is in stores. Very tasty!

To me this tastes like Big Red gum. If you have ever had it, then you know it’s a spicy cinnamon. That was my first steep of about a minute. My second steep was about 30 seconds and I still got some cinnamon but it was more mild with a bit of a peach like flavour at the end. It was really tasty and I’m really glad I got it.

I went to DT and they had a sample out. Tried it, then bought two tins of my very own. This is sinfully good. I definitely taste the chocolate and marshmallow. I get hints of graham cracker sometimes but not enough to really think about it. Mostly it just makes me think of a hot chocolate with marshmallows already added in.

So I was a bit busy this morning and didn’t set any kind of timer or stopwatch… so I steeped this approximately a min give or take a few seconds. It didn’t seem to suffer though as far as I can tell. I was a bit impatient to drink my tea so I burned my tongue again… (happens when I’m too eager to get my tea fix). So I can’t pin down exactly what I’m tasting but it tastes yummy! I swear I’ll do a better job tomorrow on my day off. It was from a Verdant Tea tea of the month sample ages ago. I will clear up my tea stash :D

I’m having this cold as I have lost the hot water tank thingy in the Cafeteria as it’s closed while construction is going on. I miss having instant hot water when I want it though. Easier and quicker just to make cold tea for now :D If I could use my own kettle it would be great but the building has banned personal kettles/heaters… (grumble, grumble)
